THE HEADSHOT PROCESS

We’ll meet online or by phone to discuss your expectations for the session. We’ll go over locations, wardrobe/hair, decide on a session date, answer any questions you may have, and determine what pricing level is best for your session.

I’ll send a proposal via email. If you agree to the proposal, a retainer (equal to 50% of the session fee) is due at that time.

We’ll meet at the selected location for the session. You’ll bring the clothing you need for the session. You’re also welcome to bring a sibling or friend who makes you comfortable. We’ll review the release form for your signature, then begin shooting. The balance of the session fee is due at the conclusion of the session.

Within one week of the session, you will receive a link to a secure, online proof gallery. The gallery will contain screen-resolution, watermarked images. You will have two weeks to select as many images as you wish to purchase (as downloads, prints, or both).

I will retouch your final image selections. This includes color-correction, digital artifact removal, and light blemish correction. The wait time depends on the number of images selected, but most orders are complete within 1-2 weeks.

As soon as the final images are complete, I will send you an invoice for payment.

Upon receipt of payment, I will send a link to download your headshots!
